Conversation Circles offer an opportunity to further dialogue about topics and issues chosen by the participants. We might choose to look inward to understand and eradicate internalized racism or outward at our behaviors, attitudes, and emotions. These discussions provide a safe, supportive place to talk together and work toward creating meaningful and lasting change - individually, collectively, and communally. The purpose of these discussions is ultimately to delve deeper into the impacts of racism, to learn how to navigate racialized conflicts and to support efforts to achieve unity.
