Conversation Circles

Picture

The Conversation Circles program is an exclusive opportunity for attendees of the 'What is Racism?' seminar to engage in facilitated discussions via Zoom, led by Shala Smith, MSW and BBI4RR Board Member. These sessions provide a platform for participants to delve deeper into topics of their choice, exploring internalized racism, behaviors, attitudes, and emotions. In a safe and supportive environment, participants can engage in meaningful conversations, driving individual, collective, and communal change. The ultimate goal of these discussions is to gain a deeper understanding of the impacts of racism, navigate racialized conflicts, and promote unity. For more information, please call 205 553-3076.
