We are the Building Bridges Institute for Racial Reconciliation, or BBI4RR, in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
Our bylaws state our group's purpose:
To promote, through training seminars, the understanding and dismantling of racism through racial reconciliation by
1) providing factual information, in the history of the United States, about racism,
2) facilitating the individual and group exploration of prejudice and racism that is inhibiting reconciliation, and
3) facilitating the exploration of solutions for complete reconciliation, which includes creating equitable institutions and reparations.
